About Us

We are a globally active company with more than 400 employees in Germany and 600 employees abroad. At a total of 25 locations worldwide, we work for companies in the automotive, non-automotive, and general industry sectors. Our focus ranges from body construction and battery production to final assembly, conveyor technology, and logistics. Parallel to our core business, we are transforming our IT and software landscape. Not managing legacy systems, but rethinking and rebuilding things: ERP, PLM, automation solutions, and AI-powered applications. For this, we are looking for builders, not classic enterprise developers.

Your Tasks

• Backend & Systems: APIs, Services, Databases, System Integration, Performance (Python, C#, Node.js, SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL, Docker)
• Frontend & User Experience: Web apps, dashboards, and tools that people genuinely enjoy using (Python, React or Angular, TypeScript, UX understanding)
• Data & Automation: Workflows, data pipelines, AI-powered document processing (Python, C#, SQL/NoSQL, APIs, n8n)

Your Profile

• Completed IT training, a degree in an IT field, or comparable practical experience
• Several years of professional experience in software development
• Experience working with productive systems, not just concepts
