Performance Manager who will own paid acquisition across mobile and web channels to drive growth for a portfolio of fitness apps from the ground up.
Compensation
Base salary around €90k + equity
What This Role Is About
You will join a small growth team inside a 10‑person company and own the paid acquisition strategy across all channels. The company partners with influencers, trainers, and athletes who bring audiences, and your job is to turn that attention into installs, subscribers, and revenue through paid campaigns. You will own campaign strategy and spend across TikTok, Meta, Applovin, UAC, and web subscription funnels.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Applovin, UAC, and emerging channels, including managing budgets, creative testing, and attribution.
- Build and optimize web subscription funnels end to end, from ad click through to payment, using A/B testing and analytics to improve conversion at every step.
- Own ASO, search ads, and conversion rate optimization while setting up the analytics infrastructure to measure performance and automate UA workflows.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
- You have 5+ years running paid acquisition campaigns and can show concrete results across multiple channels, especially TikTok and Meta. Mobile app marketing expertise is a strong asset.
- You are comfortable at an early stage company. The playbook is still being written, and you will need to move fast across channels without waiting for direction.
- You are data‑driven but also creatively sharp. You will need to test and scale ad creatives yourself, not just manage dashboards.
