Software Developer C# for Production Systems

Your role in the team

• Development of C# software solutions for controlling production, testing, and programming equipment. Your software communicates with various external interfaces, measurement devices, as well as Fronius products, and handles testing and programming processes at the end of the manufacturing process.
• Active involvement in defining interfaces to adjacent systems such as PLC controls and higher-level control systems.
• Participation in the internal development of software libraries and architectures to implement and continuously improve modern standards in software development.
• Participation in the development of tools and frameworks using modern technologies.
• Analysis of software performance as well as the independent implementation of targeted improvement measures.
• Communication with interfaces such as production and research & development to coordinate technical requirements and solutions.

• Our wages and salaries are above the collective agreement (KV) of the electrical and electronics industry. The KV minimum values range from EUR 3,348.62 to EUR 4,228.33 - with willingness to pay above that. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical engineering knowledge is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies.
• German and English in spoken and written form.

Experience

• Experience with C# or a similar object-oriented programming language.
• Several years of professional experience in software development are advantageous.

Education

• Completed technical education with a focus on computer science, software development, or similar (HTL, university, or university of applied sciences).
