About

This position focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, and real‑time systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance software systems based on documented requirements.
  • Work individually or as part of a team.
  • Review and test software components to ensure adherence to design requirements; document test results.
  • Resolve software problem reports and improve software reliability.
  • Apply software development and design methodologies appropriate to the environment.
  • Provide input on system design, including hardware/software trade‑offs, software reuse, and use of COTS/GOTS.
  • Analyze requirements and synthesize them from system level to individual software components.

Qualifications

  • Current DoD Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
  • High School Diploma or GED plus four (4) years of general software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.

  • Work closely with users, system engineers, and stakeholders to analyze system flow, data usage, and work processes.

Pay range: $86,100 – $151,800 (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC). New states reflect the final work location.
