Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile Software Developer / Full Stack Engineer with Digital Operations experience to join our development team. This hybrid role combines full lifecycle software development-front-end and back-end-with digital operations support for our external websites and marketing platforms.

Core Responsibilities

Software Development

• Lead full-stack development across the software lifecycle-from concept and design through deployment and sustainment.
• Rapid application prototyping, including gathering requirements and conducting proofs of concept.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Vue. js or React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end software using Python (FastAPI) and integrate with APIs.
• Design RESTful API integrations (REST, JSON), connect applications to backend services, and manage data flows.
• Create and manage database architectures and schemas (PostgreSQL or similar relational database).
• Develop and execute automated test plans using Vitest, Playwright, or comparable tools.
• Build, deploy, and troubleshoot applications in containerized environments (Docker).
• Debug, refactor, and improve existing applications and scripts.
• Participate in technical design discussions with cross-functional teams.

Digital Operations & Web Platform Support

• Maintain and operate company marketing/brand websites (Squarespace, Webflow, or similar CMS).
• Manage domains, hosting environments, SSL certificates, redirects, and plugin updates.
• Integrate media tools into brand websites (podcast hosting platforms, streaming/recording tools).
• Oversee site performance, analytics dashboards (GA4), SEO basics, RSS feeds, and accessibility compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (uploads, site errors, content embedding).
• Maintain digital asset structure, backups, and version control.
• Collaborate on creative assets (graphics, thumbnails, templates) using Canva or similar tools.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 1+ years of experience working in Agile environments , with proven hands-on experience in rapid prototyping, troubleshooting and enhancing applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, product owners), and managing digital content platforms (e. g. , Webflow, Squarespace, CMS).

Front-End Development

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.

Back-End Development

• Hands-on experience developing or maintaining applications using Python (FastAPI preferred).
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration with APIs (REST/JSON).
• Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Ability to design and manage database schemas, queries, and integrations.

Testing & DevOps

• Experience writing automated tests using tools such as Vitest, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications using Docker.
• Understanding of cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.

Digital Operations & Web Presence

• Experience managing website hosting, content operations and updates via platforms such as Webflow or Squarespace.
• Familiarity with web performance, analytics, and basic SEO (GA4, SSL, RSS feeds, redirects).
• Ability to integrate third-party content platforms (e. g. , podcast hosting or media tools).
