Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software and systems engineers
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the Finance and Legal subpillar
- Provide architectural guidance for core financial ecosystems and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise systems, with 3+ years in a management role
- Proven experience managing engineering teams supporting Finance / Legal functions
- Technical familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite, Coupa, and Workday architectures
- Hands-on experience with enterprise integration strategies and financial data services
- Strong track record of managing engineering delivery using Scrum / Agile frameworks
