Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Project Execution: Manage the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through planning, execution, and closing.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Strategic Planning: Align system implementations with organizational goals, ensuring that technical solutions drive measurable business value.
• Risk & Quality Oversight: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and ensure deliverables meet security, performance, and reliability standards.
• Agile/Waterfall Leadership: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives while maintaining overall project roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Typically 5–10 years in technical project management, with a proven track record in large enterprise system rollouts.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) are often required.
