Wir nutzen aktiv KI-Agenten, LLMs und moderne Coding-Assistenten, um unseren Impact zu vervielfältigen - von der Code-Generierung über automatisierte Tests bis hin zur Fehleranalyse in Produktion. What to expect

• You develop scalable backend services and microservices in Java or C# (e.g., with Spring Boot, Core, etc.). You build the product - not just the pipelines.
• You use and integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to minimize boilerplate code, accelerate refactorings, and create clever automations for everyday development.
• The entire lifecycle of your services is your responsibility - from the first commit, through automation in the CI/CD pipeline (e.g., Azure DevOps), to deployment in Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure, and subsequent operation.
• You provision the necessary cloud infrastructure for your services yourself - e.g., via Terraform or Bicep.

What we expect from you

• Personal Background: You have a completed IT degree or a comparable qualification, and your heart beats for software development.
• Development Expertise: You are a software engineer at your core and speak fluent Java. You are familiar with modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven).
• Cloud & Ops Mindset: Docker and Kubernetes are standard tools for you. You have experience with how code behaves in distributed systems and know how to read metrics and traces.
• AI Affinity: You are fascinated by agentic workflows and generative AI. Ideally, you already have experience with prompt engineering or building internal tools with LLM APIs (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• On the road: You are willing to travel and flexible to advise our clients on-site in the Karlsruhe, Mannheim, and Stuttgart regions.
• Let's talk: You speak fluent German and English - great, then you'll feel right at home at Exxeta.
