About Us

In our Technology department, we develop all the know-how for our kitchen appliances. Teams of specialists for construction, metal and plastic, electronics, and software develop and modify our products. They work daily on how to incorporate customer wishes and suggestions for improvement from our employees. Technical project management handles the central coordination and control of development projects – from idea to implementation. In our own experimental laboratory, concepts and innovations are tested and further developed under real conditions – here, physics is challenged daily. This is how innovations at the highest level are created.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, automation, and continuous further development of our CI/CD pipelines for embedded software
  • Development, maintenance, and optimization of build, test, and release automations
  • Administration and further development of the development infrastructure (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Yocto, Azure DevOps)
  • Deployment and version management as well as release of software versions in the PLM system for production
  • Integration of code quality, security, and test tools
  • Monitoring of systems and ensuring reproducible builds & releases
  • Ensuring security, quality, and compliance standards in embedded development
  • Continuous improvement of tools in the interplay of embedded teams and the device laboratory as well as suppliers
  • Close cooperation with internal and external development teams for continuous improvement of the delivery process

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or comparable
  • Experience in testing embedded software and understanding of microcontrollers, drivers, and real-time systems
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and ideally Python for test automation
  • Sound knowledge of CI/CD environments (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of common build systems such as CMake, Make, Ninja
  • Knowledge in test automation, test frameworks, and quality assurance methods
  • Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and hands-on mentality
  • Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage

Salary

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the collective agreement minimum wage for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month for a 40h/week. The actual salary is based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and is significantly higher depending on qualifications.
