As a Software Engineer 3 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the Software Engineering department, supporting collaborative teams focused on cutting-edge solutions. What's the Job?

• Consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables.
• Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to resolve issues and ensure the successful delivery of Software Engineering projects.
• Leverage expertise in software development to contribute to innovative solutions and best practices.
• Support the resolution of technical challenges by consulting with team members and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI Development Tools such as GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin, Cursor.
• 7+ years of software development and architecture experience.
• 7+ years of Java/Spring technology expertise.
• 5+ years of UI experience using Angular or React/Typescript, with strong Full Stack capabilities in Java and UI development.
