Software Engineer

To support our Machine Control Systems department, we are looking for an innovative personality as a

Software Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Development, implementation, and testing of high-quality embedded software for mobile work machines in the off-highway segment
• Realization of modern software solutions in C/C++ in combination with Embedded Linux systems
• Design and development of HMI/display applications with Qt/QML/C++ and integration of innovative assistance functions
• Independent implementation of the entire development process - from specification and design to implementation, testing, and validation
• Support in implementing requirements of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)
• Maintenance and further development of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• You will conduct code reviews and also test software modules
• Use of modern development and collaboration tools such as Git, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
• Sound knowledge in the field of embedded software development for mobile control systems in C/C++
• Experience in specifications, development, review, and verification of functions
• Experience in developing graphical user interfaces with QML/Qt
• Very good knowledge of scripting, test automation, or DevOps
• Good knowledge in the area of Cybersecurity (CRA) and Secure Software Development
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, especially in the area of build/release automation
• Flexible and independent personality with analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
