Software Engineer (AI Context & Systems)

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer (AI Context & Systems) to join our greenfield Service-as-Software (SaaS 2.0) initiative. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious engineer with 3+ years of experience to move beyond "feature work" and build a platform optimized for an AI-Native SDLC.

This is not a traditional maintenance role. Working directly with our Platform Engineer, you will have a seat at the table for critical decisions regarding MCP integration, engineering tool evaluation, and the implementation of human-in-the-loop governance for AI-generated code. If you’re a fast learner who builds with AI daily and wants to transition into a high-impact architectural role, we want to help you take that next step.

• Model Context Protocol (MCP) / AI Integration (6+ Months or Equivalent)
  • Understanding of MCP ecosystem (Servers, Clients, Hosts)
  • Defining schemas and managing resources/prompts
• Evaluation & Observability (6+ Months or Equivalent)
  • Familiarity with LangSmith, Arize Phoenix, or Weights & Biases
  • Benchmarking LLM outputs for hallucinations and reasoning drift
• Prompt Engineering & Templating
