Software Engineer

Mission

• This company is designing a new execution layer where:
  • Workloads are dynamically decomposed
  • Compute is allocated in real time
  • Performance is pushed to the physical limits of hardware
• This is first‑principles engineering applied to AI infrastructure.

Role

• You'll be operating at the boundary of:
  • Distributed systems
  • High‑performance compute
  • Real‑world AI deployment

What You’ll Do

• Design and build core systems from zero ? production
• Solve latency, throughput, and memory constraints at scale
• Work directly on how inference actually executes
• Make decisions that define the architecture of the company??

What You Need

• Exceptional backend / systems fundamentals
• Experience with distributed systems or performance‑critical infrastructure
• Comfort operating in high ambiguity, low structure A bias toward building over discussing

Bonus (Not Required)

• AI/ML systems, compilers, runtimes, or GPU optimisation
