Software Engineer - Angular, JavaScript - Senior

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas such as architecture and infrastructure integrate to accomplish business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Full Stack Applications Development.
• Expertise in Agile Software methodology using JIRA.
• Experience in preparing Software design artifacts including Architecture, flowcharts, and Sequence diagrams.
• 6-8 years of expertise in application design and development using technologies and frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Java, Hibernate.
• Knowledge of design patterns like Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular/Webpack.
• Experience with source control management using GIT/Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of database technologies including Oracle PL SQL, Stored procedures, triggers, with MongoDB experience desired.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha.
• Experience in performance tuning of applications and analyzing issues using tools like JProfiler/AppDynamics.
• Experience in performing effective code and design reviews.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach junior developers, with project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.
• Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot.
