Role

In this role, you will design sophisticated full-stack solutions from the initial idea to productive use. You will take responsibility for developing stable, performant, and user-friendly applications across all layers. You will analyze complex requirements, make well-founded architectural and technology decisions, and implement them cleanly. You will accompany the entire software lifecycle, continuously optimize existing functions, and ensure high quality and security standards. Furthermore, you will contribute your wealth of experience to continuously develop development processes, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• You will independently develop software solutions and flexibly adapt to the needs of our customers.
• You will efficiently use artificial intelligence in the development process and ensure the quality of AI-generated code through targeted code reviews.
• You will plan, implement, and test connections to various external systems for seamless data exchange.
• You will program high-quality software that is both technically convincing and impresses with its intuitive operation.
• In this role, you will take the lead for specific IT projects and manage them independently from idea to completion.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science (FH/Uni), ideally at Master's level with a focus on application development.
• Several years of practical experience in object-oriented software development with Java, AngularJS, Angular, and JavaScript.
• Initial practical experience in the use of AI tools within the software development process
• Very good communication skills in German and English, French is an advantage.
