Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Orange, NJ, for a Software Engineer at Ferrero. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems to meet the organization's needs. This includes creating, testing, and deploying software applications, performing system analysis, and troubleshooting software issues. The engineer will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure software functionality aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Experience with Programming languages and practices for efficient coding
• Knowledge and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies
• Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
