Our Software Engineering organization is responsible for developing the advanced analytical solutions and digital backbone underpinning NOVA’s chemical metrology portfolio. The team enables sophisticated interpretation, validation, and intelligent processing of high-volume measurement data—driving greater precision while optimizing and reducing chemical usage.

As we continue to scale, we are strategically expanding our software talent base to further strengthen our digital capabilities and enhance our integrated product ecosystem.

Our Roles

We are seeking experienced professionals across key domains, including:

• Software Engineer (Java)
• Embedded Software Engineer
• Database Engineer
• Backend / Full Stack Engineer

Focus Areas

• Development of analytical software solutions for data interpretation and validation
• Building the software backbone of metrology systems
• Strong focus on Java-based systems and architectures
• Work in agile Scrum teams
• Collaboration between external partners and internal core teams
• Integration of software, hardware, and measurement systems
