Software Engineer

Requirements

• Swiss or EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.
• Willingness to work on-site (no fully remote option)
• Design and develop fast, user‑friendly, software applications.
• Use design thinking methodology.
• Translate internal customer requirements (often starting from Excel or pen‑and‑paper drafts) into functioning software tools.

• Handle end‑to‑end development lifecycle.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong affinity for mathematics and physics due to the technical nature of engineering apps (important for logic‑heavy development).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong backend focus; full‑stack capabilities preferred.
• Experience in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, Python, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio or JetBrains Rider.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
