The Role

  • Design and architect a customer contact management platform using Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Develop and optimize the platform, integrating it into the existing system landscape.
  • Innovate and standardize high-performance, automated processes using MS Dynamics 365 CE, MS Power Platform, and MS Azure.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and developers in BizDevOps teams, applying agile methodologies like SAFe and SCRUM.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to the highest security standards and comply with data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a key contact from vision development to implementation of optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • A degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable IT qualification.
  • Several years of proven experience in planning and developing integrated solutions in MS Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Strong ability to engage in technical discussions with developers (ideally with knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET) and functional-process discussions.
  • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems, focusing on both the big picture and intricate details.
