Make it happen

You will...

• Develop modern backend systems based on Python (3.x) – from the initial idea to stable operation
• Realize powerful API structures (REST) and ensure structure, robustness, and clear error handling
• Implement reliable and efficient database solutions (SQLite as well as optionally MySQL or NoSQL)
• Convert requirements into sustainable, scalable software concepts using proven principles like Clean Code and SOLID
• Improve existing applications specifically regarding performance, stability, and maintainability
• Ensure quality through automated tests and actively participate in the CI/CD process
• Support system tests and validations and ensure compliance with defined quality standards
• Create structured documentation in the regulated environment of medical technology

Be our forward thinker

You have...

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Medical Technology, or a comparable qualification
• Solid practical experience in Python backend development
• Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or SQLAlchemy and their targeted use
• A good understanding of database systems and their performant use
• Experience with software architectures and design patterns
• Experience developing performant and scalable APIs that will last long-term
• Initial experience with Docker and CI/CD environments
• Proficiency in using Git and established development processes
• Fluent communication in German
