For the further development of our SaaS healthcare application (including with HL7® FHIR®) in the primary care/health center sector, we are looking for dedicated and results-oriented team players who want to significantly contribute to the development and architecture of our platform.

What We're Looking For

You are passionate about building a product that makes a real difference in the healthcare system. You don't just want to tick off tickets, but understand why something is being built, and then independently find the best way to implement it. You take responsibility for your results and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

AI-assisted development is a given for you – not a trend you observe, but a tool you use productively every day. You know how to steer tools like Copilot, Claude, and others to get robust results. Less manual code, faster results.

Your Tasks

• You are involved in the entire development process - from requirements gathering to implementation and release of backend and database applications
• You work on our core services (Elixir / Phoenix Framework) and contribute significantly to the development of the software architecture
• You conceptualize APIs, CRUD operations, and support the design of data structures & data models
• You keep the conception and strategic further development of the backend architecture in mind
• You drive important technical decisions forward and set high standards in coding yourself
• You naturally work with AI-assisted development tools - less manual code, faster results, same quality
• In code reviews and solution design meetings, you share your knowledge with team members and are open to suggestions for improvement
• You take responsibility for projects and sub-projects and work closely with the product and frontend team

Technologies: Elixir (Phoenix), REST, Websockets, Git, GitLab CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in the software development of backend services and web applications
• Experience with functional programming languages is an advantage (Elixir/Phoenix Framework), but not a must
• AI-assisted development is an integral part of your workflow, not an experiment. You know how to steer tools like Copilot, Claude, and others to get robust results.
• Independent work with a high quality standard - you don't wait for instructions, but recognize what needs to be done
• Very good German language skills (C1 level) in speaking and writing
• Plus, but also not a must: Completed technical degree in Software and Information Engineering

Our Offer
