Your Contribution

• Analysis & Design: You analyze, design, and implement complex business processes and workflows in collaboration with business units.
• Technical Design: You don't just implement requirements, you think technically, structure them, and actively design sustainable solutions.
• Architecture & Conception: You describe requirements for the architecture, present them in the relevant committees, and translate them into implementation concepts for developers.
• Ownership: You take responsibility for the operation, stability, and continuous further development of existing solutions. You are also responsible for the use of the time budget for lifecycle topics and maintain the corresponding backlog.
• Innovation: You curiously explore new topics and technologies, from idea to implementation, and develop solution ideas with a clear focus on customer benefit, feasibility, and sustainability.
• Bridge Builder: You are the first point of contact in the team for technical questions regarding implementations, gather requirements, and ensure that joint decisions are made and adhered to. Thus, you act as a technical bridge person to other teams and experts.

Your Skills and Talents

• You have solid experience in software development, ideally with Java or a comparable object-oriented language.
• You are a hybrid profile that bridges process understanding and technical implementation capability, with a good understanding of integration and end-to-end processes.
• You have high standards for quality and a sense for clean, maintainable solutions.
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing are essential for close collaboration with business units.
• You embody the motto of 'lifelong learning' and have the courage to explore new topics independently.

• Good English language skills
• Experience with BPM platforms such as FNZ (formerly Appway) or Flowable, as well as knowledge of BPMN/CMMN
• You have already worked in agile product teams and appreciate close, product-oriented collaboration.
• Your curiosity for the use and development of AI tools rounds off your profile.
