Your Responsibilities

• You actively work on an existing software solution in an industrial environment.
• You adapt the software within customer projects and implement project-specific customizations.
• Together with the project team, you develop customer-specific solutions and continuously coordinate the results.
• You support in 2nd-level support and process technical inquiries escalated by 1st-level support.
• Furthermore, you systematically analyze errors and support debugging and analysis tasks.
• You occasionally work with colleagues and customers during commissioning and support cases.

Your Profile

• You have a solid technical education (HTL, FH, or University) in computer science, software development, or a comparable field.
• You have very good knowledge of C++, MFC Library, and user interface design.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with large software projects or program architectures.
• Knowledge in the area of interface technologies such as OPC-UA, REST APIs, or SQL is an advantage.
• Experience with source code management systems is desirable.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and have a systematic approach to error analysis and problem-solving.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
