Identity Security Engineer (Primary Skill: Transmit Security)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of CIAM solutions with Transmit Security as the core platform.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.
• Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.
• Develop and integrate APIs for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.
• Design and customize user journeys as per client requirements using orchestration tools.
• Deliver UI customization for login, registration, and profile pages.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for advanced customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, translate requirements, and manage onboarding until go-live.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience in CIAM/IAM implementations.
• Expert-level experience in Transmit Security (Identity Orchestration, Authentication, IDV, Detection & Response).
• Working knowledge of Okta and Ping Identity as secondary platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC standards.
• Proficiency in API handling and integration for identity workflows.
• Hands-on coding in Java, HTML, and UI design experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders and guide teams.
