What We Offer
CONTEXT:
As part of our strong growth and continued innovation, we are strengthening the team responsible for developing our Sourcing module. As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in achieving new major objectives: migrating our front-end architecture to React/Typescript (technical overhaul, significant refactoring, creation of new API services), and direct contribution to our innovation roadmap (Agentic AI, development of new features from scratch).
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a profile with excellent communication skills, capable of building a strong internal network and demonstrating curiosity and agility to understand the functional challenges of the Sourcing domain.
ROLE:
You will join an agile Scrum team (15-day sprints) composed of 6 developers, 2 technical leads, 1 dev lead, 2 QA, 2 Product Managers, and 1 Solution Owner responsible for the module. Under the direct responsibility of the Lead Developer, you will collaborate closely with the Product Managers, the Solution Owner, and other departments (RUN, BUILD, Sales, and other R&D teams).
The team values openness, collaboration, and co-construction with technical and functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do With Us:
- Design and develop robust and scalable features for the Sourcing module (C#/.NET Core, SQL Server).
- Be a driving force in migrating the front-end architecture to React/Typescript: large-scale refactoring and modernization of the solution.
- Design and optimize APIs and services to meet business needs and innovation projects.
- Work on large and complex databases, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, the Solution Owner, and other developers to transform functional needs into technical solutions.
- Actively participate in agile rituals, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Own and deepen the understanding of the Sourcing functional domain to propose innovative and relevant solutions.
Your Profile
If you see yourself in the following points, this position is for you:
- Master's degree (engineering or university) in computer science or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in developing enterprise web applications on C#/.NET Core and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in API design and developing new features in complex, high-volume data environments.
- Significant experience with large databases: design, stored procedures, triggers, performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity and aptitude for understanding functional challenges and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in agile Scrum team development.
- Nice to have: experience in large-scale refactoring, React (or other modern front-end framework), architecture migration projects.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
