As the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, we develop and manage the IT infrastructures for the retail divisions Lidl and Kaufland, as well as Schwarz Produktion and PreZero. At the same time, we operate as an independent provider on the external market, supporting companies across Europe in their digital transformation. What We're Looking For

We are looking for team players with heart and mind who enjoy challenging the status quo and constantly developing themselves and their team. You feel comfortable in a young and dynamically growing company, even if or precisely because not every process is yet in place. Agile software development is your thing, as is enthusiasm for cloud technologies. You can also work strongly conceptually and express your thoughts and ideas in writing. You have significantly contributed to the development and operation of distributed and mission-critical systems in your career. As an experienced engineer, you have ideally used Go in production and know the language and its proper use, as well as Angular for frontend development. Alternatively, you are an expert in another programming ecosystem and are eager to learn Go. You have experience in designing and building APIs and domain-driven services. Modern cloud-native architectures and microservices patterns are familiar to you. Ideally, you are enthusiastic about software architecture and design, especially Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and enjoy applying its patterns to develop well-structured and maintainable business software. Knowledge of Identity, Access Management, and Multi-Tenancy concepts is very welcome, but not a must.
