Deployment Engineer — Enterprise Integrations (LuxoAI)

About

You’ll be the person who makes LuxoAI actually run in the real world. This role is about turning a great product into a production system inside complex enterprise environments. You’ll deploy LuxoAI within customer VPCs or on-premise infrastructure, integrate it with core systems, and ensure it operates reliably within strict security constraints. You’ll work directly with enterprise IT, security, and finance teams — and your work will be the difference between a great demo and a successful rollout.

What you’ll do

• Deploy LuxoAI into customer environments (VPC, on-prem, air-gapped)
• Integrate with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Configure ingestion pipelines (SFTP, IMAP, shared mailboxes)
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and integration issues
• Collaborate closely with IT, security, and finance stakeholders
• Build automation and improve deployment processes over time

Requirements

• Experience deploying software in enterprise environments (cloud VPCs, on-prem, or air-gapped)
• Strong working knowledge of Docker, Linux, and networking (VPNs, firewalls, proxies)
• Familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP BAPI/IDoc, Oracle, Dynamics is a strong plus)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Bash for automation and debugging
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
