Speechify is hiring an ambitious Software Engineer for its Data side, where you'll play a pivotal role in model training operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality datasets and optimizing the infrastructure for data ingestion. You will work alongside talented scientists to enhance data throughput and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discover and integrate new audio data sources
• Operate and manage GCP cloud infrastructure with Terraform
• Collaborate closely with AI scientists to improve data quality
• Contribute to strategic planning of the AI Team’s dataset roadmap
• Manage changing priorities while delivering exceptional results

Requirements:

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of industry software development
• Expertise in bash/Python scripting and Docker
• Familiarity with web crawlers and large-scale data processing
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
