At Eledone we are building an AI model to automate information transfer between customers and suppliers in B2B industries.

Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at Eledone, you will work on the most critical features of our product.

Concretely, this means developing new features on the core of our search engine and being present throughout the entire chain: from design to production, including exchanges with business teams and customer feedback.

You will work in an early-stage environment where the decisions you make today will have a direct and visible impact on the product tomorrow.

Profile Sought

You have 3 to 5 years of experience with full-stack products in production, a solid mastery of Python/JS, and a good understanding of machine learning.

Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who takes initiative without being asked and is comfortable working in direct proximity with business teams and clients.

Experience in NLP is a real plus.

What matters as much as the CV: a real appetite for taking initiative in an early-stage context.

Recruitment Process

• HR Interview (30 min): A first exchange to get to know each other, understand your background, and introduce you to Eledone.
• Technical Interview: We will work together on a solution design and a PR review to evaluate your reasoning and collaboration skills on real code.
• Project & Tech Culture Presentation: You will present a project you are proud of, and we will discuss our technical vision, practices, and what matters to us in engineering.
• Values Interview: A discussion with the founding team to ensure we are aligned on what truly matters.
