Role

For our Core Banking business unit within the Customer Correspondence Management Tribe, we are looking for you, full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours per week), as a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) in Münster or Karlsruhe. Your role will be assigned to the Formular One Squad, where you will collaborate with your colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.

Responsibilities

• As part of a cross-functional team in the Customer Correspondence Management Tribe, you will shape the new development and further enhancement of our products.
• Your focus will be on creating and developing frontend dialogues and widgets for our form administration interfaces, as well as ensuring an intuitive user experience for users.
• You have a good understanding of the backend and can support our microservices in a representative capacity.
• From the outset, you will ensure high software quality through unit tests and reviews.
• You will work in agile projects to implement upcoming stories together with the Scrum team.
• In case of disruptions, you will be the technical point of contact for our support colleagues and will be responsible for analyzing and resolving programming errors.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in computer science or business informatics and have several years of professional experience as a Frontend or Fullstack Developer, or possess comparable qualifications.
• You have in-depth knowledge of frontend development with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, REST, Progressive Web Apps, and Responsive Design, as well as at least basic knowledge of backend development with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
• You are passionate about the (further) development of intuitively usable basic functions for a broad user base with high quality according to Clean Code principles.
• You have a C1 level of German (fluent) and a B2 level of English (good).
• Your high quality awareness, independent working style, and enthusiasm for working with agile development methods like Scrum characterize you.
• You bring motivation and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration based on an open, honest, and respectful approach.

Salary Range and Career Level

The annual salary for this position, based on a 38-hour week, ranges between €70,000 and €100,000, depending on experience and qualifications, and contributes to our career model as follows:
