About Your New Job

• As a Software Engineer in Test, you will apply best-in-class software development and automation skills to design, test, deploy, and improve customer-facing applications.
• You will actively influence software design with your expert testing and code quality insights, directly supporting both development and release processes.
• You will help your team adopt and mature test automation frameworks, write and review application and test code, and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• As an SDET, you will enjoy responsibility and autonomy—shaping robust testing strategies, driving adoption of automation best practices, and supporting overall product quality from requirements to release.

What Skills You Need

• 6–9 years designing and building front-end and webservice applications with test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Ruby or Java, Cucumber, Javascript, HTTP, RESTful web services, and Jenkins.
• Experience with test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and building reliable, maintainable, and secure code.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: AngularJS (2+), NodeJS, Docker, experience with Selenium or SOATest, Genesys Contact Center Platform, and hands-on use of Test Doubles and Virtual Assets.
