• Senior: Know-how in IT architectures, software engineering in the Java ecosystem and databases
• Junior: Initial experience in the IT industry, e.g., through student activities with a focus on Java
• Enthusiasm for current IT technologies, agile development methods, e.g. Scrum or Kanban and agile techniques like Pair Programming, Test Driven Development and Code Reviews
• Very good or good completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics or a comparable education
• Analytical, process-oriented thinking and results-oriented working method
• Willingness to travel for projects and fluent German and English skills (at least C1 each)
