- At the start of your working week, you will receive requirements, create schedules, and organize appointments with our external partners.
- Architecture & Design are your thing? With us, you can contribute fully to system architecture/design with a focus on security, quality, scalability, and operation.
- You will keep an eye on all deadlines and act as a central point of contact for system architecture.
- Technology & Cloud? This is exactly where you can also get involved in the evaluation and further development of our tech stack and cloud infrastructure – especially on Microsoft Azure.
- Implementation and maintenance of test automation across all levels (unit, integration, E2E) – ensuring long-term stability provides variety.
- The CI/CD: Conception, implementation, and operation of continuous delivery pipelines for a stable, efficient, and traceable delivery process.
- Enablement is required! Through structured code reviews, technical mentoring, and active knowledge exchange within the team.
- Development, maintenance, and expansion of secure, performant, and scalable web applications with Python/Django; using modern data platforms (e.g., BigQuery) provide variety.
- Quality Assurance: With us, you can continuously develop yourself with exciting projects. Here's a small preview: You will work in a product-oriented model according to Shape-Up; and regularly participate in team sessions for continuous improvement of collaboration.
What you bring with you
- Does our vision of supporting people to achieve greater prosperity fulfill you?
- Programming is your world? A university degree or several years of experience as a Software Engineer/Architect in the development of web-based applications, preferably in Python/Django, is a plus, but not a must.
- Do you enjoy taking on responsibilities independently, as you bring very good knowledge in CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions), automated tests, and clean code principles?
- Do you feel at home with Security-by-Design (e.g., OWASP Top 10), logging/monitoring, and fault tolerance are a matter of course for you?
- Experience as a Fullstack Developer? Python/Django are advantageous.
- Knowledge in the finance/pension domain? A plus, but not a must.
- Providing good service is important to you. You are happy to assist your internal customers with an open ear.
- Confident handling of databases (SQL) and data platforms; experience with BigQuery is a plus.
- Do you speak German & fluent English?
