Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Applikationsentwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Applikation Engineering im Umfeld Microsoft Power und in der Digitalisierung von Prozessen
- Hohe Fachwissen in Microsoft Power Platform
- Kenntnisse in Software‑Robotics und Low‑Code‑Apps sowie Business Process Automation mit UiPath (C#/VB)
- Diplomatische, zielorientierte Umsetzung von Themen und Lenkung von Architektur‑Lösungen
- Erfahrung in agilen Value‑Streams (zum Beispiel SAFe)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Responsibilities
- Entwickeln und Betreiben moderner Software‑Applikationen zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
- Überführen neuer Entwicklungen in den operativen Betrieb unter Einhaltung der ITSM‑Prozesse, Gewährleistung der Stabilität und Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Applikationen
- Definieren der notwendigen technischen und personellen Ressourcen sowie der passenden Software‑Architektur und Schnittstellen zur bestehenden Systemlandschaft
- Modellieren von Prozessen, Erstellen von Ablaufdiagrammen und Identifizieren von Optimierungspotenzialen in internen Abläufen
- Strukturierte und methodische Erhebung, Analyse und Bewertung von Anforderungen (Requirement Engineering)

Requirements
- Completed degree (university/ETH, FH, HF) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Application Development, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in application engineering in the Microsoft Power environment and in the digitalization of processes.
- High level of expertise in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of software robotics and low-code apps as well as business process automation with UiPath (C#/VB).
- Diplomatic, goal-oriented implementation of topics and management of architectural solutions.
- Experience in agile value streams (e.g., SAFe).
- Fluent German language skills.
- Good English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate modern software applications for the digitalization and automation of business processes.
- Transfer new developments into operational use in compliance with ITSM processes, ensuring stability and supporting the maintenance and further development of applications.
- Define the necessary technical and personnel resources as well as the appropriate software architecture and interfaces to the existing system landscape.
- Model processes, create flowcharts, and identify optimization potential in internal workflows.
- Structured and methodical collection, analysis, and evaluation of requirements (Requirement Engineering).
