What You'll Do

• You will take off in the development and maintenance of modern, responsive frontend applications with React (or comparable frameworks).
• You will actively contribute to the conception, implementation, and further development of UI/UX components and associated backends in close cooperation with product management.
• The integration of frontend applications with our Java/Spring Boot backends, considering REST and event-based architectures, is also part of your tasks.
• Ensuring software quality and performance through unit and integration tests, and code reviews brings you joy.
• This also includes actively shaping the software architecture, especially regarding frontend components, API design, and microservice communication.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for frontend and backend using Azure DevOps is not new to you.
• You will assist your colleagues with advice and action in ensuring seamless integration and a consistent workflow.
• You will evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools for continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes (e.g., observability, security standards, and new frameworks).

What We Value

• You convince us with your computer science degree or a comparable education.
• You bring very good knowledge in modern frontend development with React or comparable frameworks.
• You have sound experience in connecting REST-based interfaces.
• Good knowledge of the programming languages Java and Python, and knowledge of Spring Boot are a plus.
• You impress us with your experience in handling relational and/or document-oriented databases.
• You already have experience with CI/CD tools and technologies, ideally in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes is an advantage.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A confident demeanor in the team and strong communication skills - in good German or English - complete your profile.
