Software Engineer (m/w/d) - Embedded Systems

Your Role

You will be involved in the development of safety-critical embedded software for satellite communication systems. This includes the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test embedded software for satellite communication systems.
• Develop and maintain software requirements and specifications.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in embedded software development.
• Knowledge of C/C++ programming languages.
• Familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Experience with model-based development and tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) is a plus.
• Understanding of communication protocols.
• Experience with safety-critical systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
