The Role

We are hiring a Software Engineer, Product to help build Relayer from the ground up. You will own critical product surfaces end-to-end, from database schema to production UI, with AI woven throughout. You will work directly with the CEO and a tight-knit team of engineers and designers to ship features that matter to real customers.

What You'll Build

• AI-powered workflows with intelligent automation, orchestration, and multi-channel communication
• Full-stack product features in a multi-tenant SaaS platform with enterprise-grade security and SOC 2 compliance
• Integrations with complex business systems with real-time data synchronization and reliable orchestration
• Analytics dashboards and predictive intelligence that surface actionable insights for customers
• Customer-facing portals and embeddable components that extend the platform into partner ecosystems

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years building production web applications with modern TypeScript/JavaScript in a professional setting
• Strong full-stack fundamentals and hands-on experience with our core stack: Next.js, React, tRPC, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Bun
• Comfort working with AI/ML systems including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI capabilities into product workflows
• Experience with B2B SaaS, ideally multi-tenant platforms with role-based access, audit trails, and data isolation
• API design sense and the ability to build reliable integrations with third-party systems
• Startup mindset, meaning you take ownership, move fast, communicate clearly, and care about outcomes over process

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with enterprise compliance requirements such as SOC 2, CCPA, or audit trail implementation
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code
• Design collaboration experience working closely with designers in Figma to ship polished product
