Job Description

Our Advanced Analytics & AI team develops scalable AI and GenAI solutions for the entire group that enable data-driven decisions. We think end-to-end: from architecture to development to stable operation in production. Your Responsibilities
- You will take on a central role in building modern AI systems.
- You will develop and operate scalable Python services for AI, Analytics, and LLM use cases.
- You will implement end-to-end architectures – from data preparation and model integration to MLOps & operation.
- You will design and implement high-performance REST APIs (e.g., with FastAPI).
- You will integrate LLMs, including prompt engineering, orchestration, and monitoring.
- You will develop agentic systems & multi-step workflows (tool calling, agent chains, MCP).
- You will work with modern frameworks like pydanticAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse.
- You will collaborate closely with data scientists, product owners, and business departments.
- You will actively shape our GenAI and AI tech stack.
- You will act as a sparring partner & mentor within the team.

Your Profile
- Several years of experience as a Python Software Engineer (m/f/d).
- Very good knowledge of Python, OOP, Clean Code, Testing & Maintainability.
- Experience in the design and operation of REST APIs & distributed systems.
- Practical experience with FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- Know-how in DevOps / MLOps (CI/CD, Monitoring, Deployment).
- Experience or strong interest in Generative AI & LLMs.
- Experience with a relevant framework (e.g., pydanticAI or LangChain) for structured validation, model I/O, and robust LLM interactions.
- Ideally, experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot Studio, Foundry).
- Very good German and English language skills.

Requirements
