Software Engineer Remote Control Center (m/w/d)

Your Mission

• You proactively monitor our customer facilities, initiate preventive measures to ensure smooth customer production, and support customers with technical and operational questions.
• You are an important factor for the ongoing operation of automated customer warehouses distributed around the globe and analyze customer incidents in detail.
• You collaborate with various departments and specialists from international branches to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving.
• Furthermore, you manage the coordination and documentation of incident resolution between our customers and our responsible technical departments.

• Communication is one of your strengths, and you enjoy supporting international customers.
• You possess solid SQL and Linux skills.
• Teamwork, reliability, and initiative are part of your personality.
• You are an organizational talent and can prioritize tasks and work through them in a structured manner.
• Your English and German language skills are at B2 level or higher.
• MS Office skills at ECDL level are required.
• You have either completed IT or developer training and have at least 3 years of professional experience.
• A shift work system (including night shifts and corresponding allowances) is attractive to you.

Your salary with us depends on your professional experience, skills, and commitment.

This position is compensated with at least gross EUR 3,400,-- (38.5 hours/week, KV Metallgewerbe). An overpayment of the stated salary is possible depending on your professional qualifications and experience and will be determined individually with you.
