Your Role

At the center of the energy transition, we are defining the new industry standard for the meter-to-cash business of large German distribution network operators (E.ON SPACE) together with our partners. Our mission: to revolutionize the digitalization and automation of customer contact management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Become a key player in shaping future-oriented customer service processes and make a significant contribution to the success of our meter-to-cash business!

Responsibilities

A Task That Challenges

• Architecture & Design: As an Azure Solution Architect, you will shape the architecture and design of our platform for customer contact management, based on the Microsoft Azure platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Your broad knowledge of system components and their external interfaces will enable you to significantly develop, optimize, and sustainably integrate our customer contact platform into our distributed system landscape.
• Innovation & Standardization: You will leverage the technical capabilities of MS Dynamics 365 CE, the MS Power Platform, and MS Azure to implement highly performant, automated processes close to the technical standard. As a content and technical contact person, you will pave the way from the development of a vision to the implementation of the optimal solution.
• Teamwork & Communication: In mixed BizDevOps teams, you will work closely with subject matter experts and developers from the beginning. Through exchange with other architects, you will find optimal solutions and promote the application of agile methods such as SAFe and SCRUM.
• Security & Compliance: You will ensure that all solutions meet the highest security standards and that all data protection and compliance requirements are met. This is crucial for protecting our customer information and the successful operation of our platform.

Qualifications

A Background That Convinces:

• Qualification: A completed degree in computer science (business or technical) or a comparable relevant qualification in the IT field.
• Experience: Proven many years of success in planning and developing integrated solutions in MS Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and Azure. Strong ability for technical exchange with developers (ideally with knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET) as well as for business process-related exchange.
• Communication: Fluent German and English skills as well as strong communication skills with a confident demeanor.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems. You are able to see the big picture as well as delve into the details to develop innovative solutions.
