Software Engineering, Data Science, and Systems Design Experts

Launchpad Talent is currently sourcing Software Engineering, Data Science, and System Design experts for project-based opportunities. Launchpad is an independent member of referral programs.

This is a flexible opportunity for individuals interested in contributing to remote work across research, writing, and operational tasks. Candidates who apply will be guided through onboarding with external platforms where project work is hosted.

• *What this involves:** • Completing tasks related to research, writing, and structured analysis • Reviewing and annotating outputs for quality and accuracy • Conduct accuracy testing • Supporting data, documentation, and workflow-based assignments • Following clear guidelines and timelines • *What we look for:** • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to new task types • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Open to a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels • Expert in at least two programming languges • Ability to solve HackerRank or LeetCode Medium and Hard–level problems independently • *Details:** • Fully remote • Flexible hours (project-based) • Compensation varies by platform and project • Candidates are onboarded on a rolling basis • Launchpad Talent operates as an **independent sourcing partner** and does not directly employ candidates.
