More About The Role

We are looking to recruit a Software Engineering Manager on a permanent basis. This role sites within the PfP Commercial IT Team supporting several businesses within the group not just RMG.

Reporting to the Head of Systems, this is a great career opportunity to join a large, organically growing, market leading managing agent.

This role is predominantly remote but you will need to visit our offices in Bath, Leeds, Hoddeson and Northwich when required.

More About You

The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading the software engineering team with a small ‘hands on' element. You will be responsible for setting and delivering the strategic short and long-term Software roadmap.

The ideal candidate will be ready to transition into the Head of Systems role in the next 5-7 years.

The ideal candidate will come from a software engineering/ application background and have a track record of leading/ managing teams.

• Experience leading / managing Software Engineering or Application Support Teams
• A background within Software Development/ IT Application
• Experience managing budgets
• Performance management
• A track record of liaising with internal / external stakeholders
