Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams
• Oversee design and delivery of .NET-based applications and services
• Drive engineering standards, architecture quality, and coding best practices
• Manage project delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support frontend development initiatives using Angular or React
• Oversee database solutions in SQL Server
• Champion CI/CD, release management, and automation strategies
• Drive cloud adoption and engineering efficiency using Azure
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma
• 8–10 years’ software development experience
• Proven leadership or management experience
• Strong background in C# / .NET and enterprise systems
• Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular or React)
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
