• Establish and implement standard operating procedures to support process functionality and infrastructure for effective service delivery.
• Oversee deployment of hardware and software infrastructure components to ensure process consistency and cost efficiency.
• Assess complex problems and determine the best approach after considering various solutions.
• Adhere to established policies and guidelines to meet management goals and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development at scale
• 3 years of experience managing multiple scrum teams and providing technical direction
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in Java/.Net programming and knowledge of computer science fundamentals
• Experience with application architectural patterns and Cloud platforms like AWS/Azure
• Familiarity with Agile software development, security aspects, and API tools
