What will your job look like?
- Perform Development & Support activities for Salesforce domain
- Understand High Level Design, Application Interface Design & build Low Level Design
- Work directly with customer to understand the requirements and develop the Solutions
- Perform Development & Deployment. Should be able to Code, Unit Test & Deploy
- Build learning plan, mentor team and lead all the technical aspects of the project
- Create necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases
All you need is...
Mandatory Skillset
- Strong Experience with AgentForce and Data Cloud (5+ years)
- At least 6‑8 years of solid hands‑on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Working knowledge with APEX Development, CPQ, SOQL
- 6+ years of Hands‑on experience with API Development
- Working experience with RCA, PRM, SF Package Installation
- Should be able to lead all the technical discussions and mentor the team
Good To Have
- Willingness to learn all Salesforce related technologies
- Understanding of JIRA, DevOps for Salesforce
- Understanding of Repo, CI/CD
- Prior technical lead experience
