In this key role, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence your team's technical strategy and develop innovative solutions together.

Your Responsibilities:

• You lead a team of developers in agile Scrum teams, creating a culture of collaboration, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• You promote technical excellence and collaboration both within and between teams by offering coaching and mentoring to your team members.
• You work closely with Product Owners to prioritize requirements and ensure their implementation.
• You guide your team through the entire software development lifecycle: from requirements, design, and architecture to development, testing, and operation.
• You support architectural decisions and shape the technical strategy to develop effective and sustainable solutions.
• You take responsibility for HR processes such as recruiting, feedback discussions, and the career development of your team members.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed (technical) university studies in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field, as well as initial leadership experience in software development.
• Profound knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL) and agile working methods.
• Analytical approach to effectively solve technical problems and clear communication of complex concepts.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in German and English (negotiation level).
