We are looking for an experienced leader to drive AI-powered transformation in software engineering, redefining how applications are built, delivered, and scaled through modern, AI-augmented approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven transformation of the software development lifecycle and manage engineering and test teams
• Define and execute strategy, standards, and adoption roadmaps for AI-enabled development
• Drive organizational change across teams, roles, and processes, aligning with business and stakeholder goals
• Establish governance for quality, security, and compliance in AI-assisted development
• Measure success through productivity, delivery performance, and engineering maturity

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in software engineering, DevOps/CI/CD, agile frameworks, and regulated environments
• Proven leadership and experience driving large-scale transformation initiatives
• Experience with AI-driven development (LLMs, AI tools, automation)
• Fluent in English and German
