For more than 10 years, we have consistently relied on agile methods in software development. To strengthen our OMNIS software development in an international environment, we are looking for a Software Engineer at our headquarters in Herisau/CH.

Your Responsibilities

• You will implement a demanding and innovative software solution of high quality.
• You will develop using agile methodologies on .NET C#, applying principles and techniques such as Clean Code, Pair-Programming, and Code Reviews.
• As a member of a Scrum team, you will plan and organize activities and tasks with the team.
• You will clarify requirements with the responsible Product Owner, develop concepts and solutions within the team, and collaborate closely with specialists from other areas for optimal implementation.

Your Profile

• You have higher education or further training in computer science.
• You have experience in modern software development on the .NET C# platform, ideally in an agile environment such as Scrum or SAFe.
• You enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing and possess a high standard of quality.
• Your ability to learn and your openness characterize you.
• You are a curious and communicative personality.
• You can communicate fluently in German and English.
• Experience in cloud and web applications is welcome.
