Your Responsibilities

• Your journey as a Software Developer at CHEQSITE begins with the implementation of semi-complex frontend and backend modules.
• Together with our UI/UX designer, you will set waypoints for our next generation of software.
• You will program Android with Java and Kotlin.
• You will program iPhone iOS and iPad OS with Swift.
• For cross-platform applications, we work with Flutter and Dart.
• Over time, you can expect increasingly demanding projects that require far more skills and continuously expand your know-how.
• Our Android and iOS apps synchronize seamlessly with our PC applications.
• There is therefore an opportunity to expand your skills towards web and desktop development.
• In research and development projects, we rely on Augmented Reality (AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), among others.
• We also use Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google Firebase, and many other services and technologies to offer our services.

Your Profile

• You are a passionate programmer and want to help shape practical and attractive software.
• You have already proven your skills in a professional environment and are motivated to continuously develop them.
• You have sound experience in Android development with Java or Kotlin.
• As an iOS developer, you bring extensive expertise in app development with Swift.
• Cross-platform developers have proven experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Further knowledge in modern JavaScript frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, OpenUI5/SAPUI5, Angular, or React is welcome.
• Backend experience with PHP or Python frameworks such as Laravel, Django, or Symfony is a plus, but not a must.
• Confident handling of NoSQL or SQL databases is required, such as with Couchbase, MongoDB, MySQL, SQLite, etc.
• As a senior, you use code reviews to ensure desired functionality and to specifically sensitize junior and mid-level programmers to an elegant programming style.
• Fluent German or English is very important for communication.
