For a globally successful customer in special mechanical engineering, we are currently looking for a Lead Developer Embedded Software to strengthen an interdisciplinary development team. In this role, you will take on leading responsibility for embedded software development and shape demanding product development projects from architecture to implementation. You will work closely with hardware and system engineers as well as other interfaces and actively drive both technical solutions and development standards forward.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for software architecture, design, and technical implementation in embedded projects
• Further development of development processes, standards, toolchains, and infrastructure
• Mentoring and technical support for junior developers

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Very good knowledge of C/C++, ideally supplemented by Python
• Experience in the development of embedded systems, preferably in an industrial environment
• Confident handling of common tools along the entire software lifecycle
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage

Salary

EUR 48000 - 84000 per year
